100% fruit slices are made only from fruit. This was first cold-stripped and then dried in the form of a pulp for several hours at low temperature to maintain the slices at its best. They are FREE of added sugar, preservatives, colorings, aromas and other nonsense. For 20g slices we needed 100g puree, which we obtained from 130g fresh fruit.
